If you spend hours at your desk gaming, streaming, or working, this challenge is for you! The goal? Move more, feel better, and build healthier habits—one step at a time.

Challenge Dates: March 21st – April 18th

This 4-week challenge is designed to help you:
✅ Build consistent movement habits without pressure.
✅ Get outside more and enjoy fresh air & sunlight.
✅ Reduce screen time and make space for real-world activities.
✅ Stay accountable with a supportive community.

How It Works

👟 Your mission: Move More! Each week, complete these 4 challenge goals:

💃 Move Your Body (3-4x/week) → Walk, dance, stretch, or do a workout for at least 30 minutes.
💪 Strength Training (2x/week, 15-20 min) → Use dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight.
🌞 Outdoor Time (1x/week or more) → Get 15-30 minutes of fresh air & sunlight.
📵 Low-PC Day (1x/week) → Reduce screen time and do something IRL!

HIS STORY

Elijah Santana has always had a way of getting what he wants without appearing to try very hard. Charming, effortlessly attractive, and rarely short on attention, he’s learned that a good smile and the right words can open just about any door. Growing up in the Reynolds family during some of its more difficult years, Santana developed a resourceful streak early on, finding his way through life with odd jobs, side hustles, and an impressive ability to land on his feet. From making deliveries and driving taxis in New York to a few questionable adventures behind the wheel, he’s never been particularly attached to doing things the conventional way.

Now living in Dowon, Santana splits his time between helping out at Café Kreation and working at the local newspaper, though whether either will become a lasting career remains to be seen. Easygoing, sociable, and more interested in enjoying life than chasing traditional success, Santana tends to follow whatever opportunities catch his attention. His charm might make life look effortless, but there’s more to him than a pretty face—and plenty about his future he hasn’t quite figured out yet.
