How It Works

๐ Your mission: Move More! Each week, complete these 4 challenge goals:
๐ Move Your Body (3-4x/week) โ Walk, dance, stretch, or do a workout for at least 30 minutes.
๐ช Strength Training (2x/week, 15-20 min) โ Use dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight.
๐ Outdoor Time (1x/week or more) โ Get 15-30 minutes of fresh air & sunlight.
๐ต Low-PC Day (1x/week) โ Reduce screen time and do something IRL!
๐ฏ Track your progress in our community and earn points for completing challenge tasks!
